Shipping Times

Orders will normally be sent within 2 days. In the case of delay, we will contact you via email.

Age Limit

To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have received permission from a guardian (e.g. a parent).


Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance Selling Act. To return items, contact info@puzzlerush.se within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, and items may not be returned cash on delivery.

We will refund the full amount, including the original shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the return or proof that it has been sent.

Complaints

As a consumer, you have a 3-year right to complain about defective goods under the Consumer Purchase Act (konsumentköplagen). If you receive a defective item or incorrect delivery, contact us at info@puzzlerush.se as soon as possible. We will inform you about any "Missing piece support" solutions; otherwise, a refund, replacement puzzle, or store credit will be offered.

Disputes

Disputes should primarily be resolved by agreement between the parties. If we cannot reach an agreement, you as a consumer may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). arn.se

You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

As a last resort, disputes will be settled in a Swedish court.

Force Majeure: Events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or serious delivery disruptions, release us from liability for the duration of the event.
